At Messy Bun Merch, LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality products designed with heart and inspired by creativity. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to providing the best possible experience.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:
- Digital PNG files
- SVG files
- Clip art bundles
- Printable files
- Canva templates
- Digital downloads
- Any instant download products
If you experience a problem downloading your files or receive a corrupted file, please contact us. We’ll gladly help you access or replace your purchase.
DTF Prints
Because DTF prints are produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your order arrives damaged.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
Please inspect your order within 3 days of delivery and contact us with photos if there is an issue.
Custom Apparel & Personalized Products
All custom and personalized items are made specifically for you.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference changes
- Design changes requested after production
- Buyer mistakes during ordering
If we make an error with your order, we’ll make it right at no additional cost.
Tumblers, Laser Engraving & 3D Printed Products
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your claim promptly and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Digital product orders cannot be canceled once they have been delivered.
